Great location but loud vibes!
Staying in the heart of downtown was awesome, but man, it was so noisy! Our room faced all the craziness outside, and we couldn’t get a moment’s peace until late. The balcony was cool but just led to more noise. The restaurant had some nice snacks though! Seriously needs better soundproofing.

Here’s what you need to know
The location is unbeatable, right by the Zocalo with a stunning view. The staff were incredibly helpful, upgrading us for a small fee. Rooms may lack modern amenities, but the nostalgic charm and rooftop dining make it worthwhile. Expect noise from the square, but that's part of the vibrant experience!

The location is excellent, with breathtaking views of the Zocalo from my King Room. The staff was highly attentive and provided efficient assistance throughout my stay. The hotel's historic charm and ambiance added a delightful touch to my experience, making it perfect for exploring nearby attractions.
The lack of sound insulation from the street noise makes it challenging to sleep well.

I had an awesome time with my friends staying close to El Zocalo. We explored Templo Mayor and strolled around Madero Avenue. Just a heads up, the rooms don’t have AC or heating, so it can get a bit warm at night. But the views from the balcony are totally worth it!
We struggled with the noise from the street below and the lack of sound insulation. It made it tough to get a good night’s sleep, especially with all the celebrations nearby. I would have preferred a quieter room.

Just a decent option for an overnight stop in Mexico City with a good price-quality ratio. The staff was helpful when we needed to store our luggage before check-in. Avoid rooms facing the busy street if you want some peace at night.
